I Stand strong

Life fell apart
Dreams on fire
Ashes flying in the air
I stood there and watched

Walk I must away from it
Before the heat catches up to me
Leave I must away from what I have unearthed
Tragedy awaits me cause of the fire that I lit

Reality of it all I saw it too close
I won’t let the rain dry up on me
I won’t let the winter leave me cold
I will find my solace out off from what I chose

I will walk till my feet let me stand on them
I will touch and feel, find the warmth once again
I won’t retreat even when I am afraid
I will move ahead, won’t refrain

I stand alone but I stand strong
Let the lightening strike , let the thunder roar
It can only follow me now
I won’t let it get ahead, this time it will be me who shall soar
